Membership
Membership fees cannot be refunded.
Events Cancelled or Rescheduled by WEI
WEI may cancel or reschedule any event for any reason. It will provide registrants as much notice as is reasonably possible under the circumstances. WEI will refund 100% of registration fees paid for any event cancelled by WEI. If The Forum reschedules an event to a date when the registrant is unable to attend, it will refund 100% of the registrant’s registration fee, provided that the registrant requests the refund within 7 (SEVEN) days of WEI communicating the new date; otherwise, the refund reschedule below (for registrant cancellations) applies. Unless otherwise indicated in the event description, WEI anticipates holding events in person. If a public health emergency warrants, WEI reserves the right at its sole discretion to hold the event in a virtual setting. By registering for an in-person event, registrants agree to participate in either an in-person or in a virtual setting. If WEI determines that the event will be held in a virtual or remote environment, WEI is not liable to make any refund to participants / registrants for the reason of changing the mode or place of such event scheduled. . WEI does not reimburse registrants for travel and lodging expenses incurred in connection with any events cancelled or rescheduled by WEI.
Member vs Non-Member rates
Where the non-member rate is paid erroneously refunds will not be granted. Please ensure you are logged in to WEI - portal as a member and have the membership id.
Registrations Cancelled by or on behalf of the Registrant
All cancellation notices and refund requests must be submitted via email to contact@womenentrepreneursindia.com Eligibility for refund shall be at the sole discretion of WEI against which no challenge shall be made.
Registration Adjustments
Requests for name changes and other adjustments to registrations must be submitted to contact@womenentrepreneursindia.com. If granted these will be charged at Rs.100/- per entry
