CA Lakshmi Nalledath Palat is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, who brings over 20 years of expertise in virtual CFO services, ERP implementations, management consulting, and corporate training.

A certified Zoho books Trainer, she specializes in implementing and migrating ERP systems including Zoho Books, SAP, M3, ACCPAC, NetSuite, Xero, and QuickBooks. Her career has been spanned across Big 4 Accounting firms (Ernst & Youngand Deloitte Haskins & Sells) and multi-national companies (Thales Software and Daimler Financial Services) where she gained deep expertise in finance, compliance, and enterprise systems.

Her entrepreneurial spirit and impact were recognized with the Women Entrepreneurship Excellence Award (2025) and Women in Business Award (2026). Lakshmi was associated with Reboot her where she mentored women professionals re-entering the workforce. She also served as a speaker at Institute of Chartered Accountants and other industry forums, and a contributor to thought leadership initiatives including serving as a beta reader for the bestselling book “What the Finance”.

Beyond her corporate achievements, Lakshmi is deeply committed to holistic well-being. A certified Pranic Healer and a cartomancy reader, she empowers individuals and organizations to harmonize energy, foster resilience and embrace self-awareness in decision-making. She serves as the State Vice President (2026) of Tamil Nadu Empathy & Emotional well being Council under Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry
