“Yasasve HR Consulting Services was started in 2011 by Meghana and Anitha. Their strong desire for business made them successful. They say that their biggest asset is their 17 years of friendship and their families who supported them even during odd times.

Meghana is the Managing partner for Yasasve HR Consulting Services. She did her MPhil in Management in 2007 & was a University topper. She has more than 13 years of experience in HR field, Business development, Education programming & Skill training. She is a good at negotiating, building teams, setting ambitious goals, making strategies and executing them. Her formula is pretty simple, “Set your goals, listen to your heart and go after what you want.”

Anitha is Managing partner for Yasasve HR Consulting Services. She did her MBA from Maharishi Institute of Management, Hyderabad. Beginning her career, she has worked for NIRD, Hyderabad as Project Technical Assistant. She has handled projects like PMKVY, Skills Training, Roshini..Etc. She has worked with NGO’s, state and central government projects. She is a passionate, optimistic and a effective speaker. According to her, “women shouldn’t take a back seat in her career. It’s nice to see that new generation women across the world are chasing their dreams and have proved themselves.”
