Ms. Sampurna Ganguly is the founder of silkykraftz. She is an Engineering graduate and has also done her PGDM. Before venturing for her own business, she had worked in a number of multinational companies both abroad and in India. The products are handmade by local artisans in the UNESCO World heritage town of Shantiniketan, West Bengal. The artisans are trained in these forms of artwork .
